Online/Mobile Conduct
As a Member, you agree that:
You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the www.tenderpleasure.com service, or transmit to other www.tenderpleasure.com Members.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other www.tenderpleasure.com members.
You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other www.tenderpleasure.com members. www.tenderpleasure.com, Inc. reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members. Any infraction may lead to legal remedy on behalf of www.tenderpleasure.com, Inc.
Indemnity by Member
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless www.tenderpleasure.com, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the www.tenderpleasure.com Service, including, but not limited to, any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

Content Review & Moderation
All user-uploaded content, including profile information, images, videos, livestreams, and other publicly accessible material, is subject to review and moderation before publication.
TenderPleasure reserves the right to reject, suspend, restrict, or remove any content that violates applicable laws, card network regulations, platform standards, or these Terms and Conditions.
We may use automated systems, manual review processes, and user reports to detect prohibited or non-compliant content.
Content Removal & Complaints Procedure
Any individual may report content that may be illegal, abusive, non-consensual, exploitative, or otherwise violates applicable laws or platform policies.

All complaints and takedown requests are reviewed within five (5) business days.
Possible outcomes of investigations may include:

- restriction of access
- account suspension

Appeals Procedure
Users and individuals depicted in uploaded content may appeal moderation decisions or request removal of content where consent was not provided, has been withdrawn, or is otherwise invalid under applicable law.
Appeals will be reviewed by the compliance team in a timely manner.
Where required by applicable law, unresolved disputes may be referred to an independent neutral dispute resolution process.

Creator / Content Provider Obligations
Any user uploading or publishing content as a creator, model, or content provider represents and warrants that:
- all persons depicted in the content are at least 18 years old;
- all persons depicted have provided valid and informed consent;
- the uploaded content is lawful and consensual;
- no content involves coercion, trafficking, exploitation, abuse, or non-consensual acts;
- valid age and identity verification records are maintained for all persons depicted in the content;
- such records may be requested for compliance or legal purposes.
TenderPleasure reserves the right to suspend or terminate creator accounts that fail to comply with these obligations.
Identity and Age Verification
TenderPleasure may require creators, models, or content providers to complete identity and age verification procedures before publishing content on the platform.
Verification procedures may include:
- submission of government-issued identification documents;
- selfie verification;
- manual compliance review.
Accounts may remain pending approval until verification requirements are completed.
18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance Statement
TenderPleasure is not the primary producer of any depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct as defined under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A.
Any user-generated content uploaded by third-party users remains the responsibility of the respective content provider, who is solely responsible for maintaining all legally required records, consents, and documentation.
Consent to Public Display of Content
By uploading or publishing content on the platform, creators and content providers acknowledge and agree that their uploaded images, videos, profile information, and other submitted content may be publicly displayed and distributed through the Service in accordance with platform functionality and privacy settings.

Refund Policy
www.tenderpleasure.com will issue a refund within 72 hours of an initial subscription provided that none of the Services have been utilized. Beyond these conditions, requests for refunds will be at the sole discretion of www.tenderpleasure.com and will be reviewed on a member to member basis.
